Welcome to Alphura. By accessing or using our platform at https://alphura.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Overview

Alphura is an online CFA exam preparation platform offering practice questions, mock exams, interactive financial exhibits, spaced repetition, and study resources for CFA Level 1, 2, and 3 candidates.

2. Accounts

You may browse free questions without an account. To access full quiz results, progress tracking, and premium features, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Free and Premium Access

Free access includes a limited set of easy and medium-difficulty practice questions per topic. After completing a free topic quiz, you may be asked to sign in or register to view your detailed score report, explanations, and strength/weakness analysis.

Premium access is available through one-time payment plans (1-month, 3-month, or 1-year). Premium unlocks all questions (including hard-difficulty), full mock exams, advanced analytics, spaced repetition, and video courses.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. Subscriptions are one-time payments for fixed access periods (not recurring). No automatic renewals will be charged.

1-Year Pass Guarantee: If you purchase a 1-year plan and do not pass your CFA exam within that year, you may contact us for an additional round of access at no charge, subject to verification.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not available once you have accessed premium content. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Alphura — including questions, explanations, articles, exhibits, and software — is owned by Alphura or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission.

"CFA" and "Chartered Financial Analyst" are trademarks of the CFA Institute. Alphura is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the CFA Institute.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute questions or content from the platform
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data
  • Attempt to circumvent premium access restrictions
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the content is error-free or that results will match actual CFA exam outcomes. Alphura is a study aid, not a substitute for professional financial education.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alphura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or exam failure.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
